European Shipping

We use one standard shipping method for European orders. Shipping availability may vary depending on your destination.

International Shipping

We ship to selected destinations outside Europe, but we do not ship everywhere internationally. Delivery times and shipping costs may vary depending on destination, customs processing, and carrier availability. International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking & Delivery

You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped. Our responsibility for the shipment ends once the package has been handed off to the carrier.

If your package is delayed, shows as delivered but was not received, or appears to be lost, please contact us and we will do our best to help resolve the situation.

Address Accuracy

Please make sure the shipping address you provide at checkout is correct and complete. We are not liable for packages sent to an incorrect address, failed deliveries due to address errors, or orders returned because of failed delivery attempts.

If a re-shipment is needed due to an address issue, additional shipping fees may apply.
