Shipping Policy

European Shipping

Expect 2–5 business days (or more) for delivery depending on the shipping method selected at checkout and your destination. We reserve the right to choose the best carrier and shipping method to deliver your package safely and securely.

International Shipping

We ship to researchers internationally. Delivery times and shipping costs for orders outside of Europe may vary depending on destination, customs processing, and carrier availability. International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Pre-Orders

Pre-order items are handled separately from in-stock products and generally ship within 2–3 weeks, unless the product listing states otherwise. Some pre-orders may arrive sooner, while others could take longer due to circumstances beyond our control, such as:

  • Customs and import clearance
  • Supplier production timelines
  • Quality control and testing
  • Carrier-related delays

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that estimated ship dates are approximations and may shift. EuPeps is not responsible for delays outside our direct operational control.

Tracking & Delivery

You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped. Our responsibility for the shipment ends once the package has been handed off to the carrier.

If your package is delayed, shows as delivered but was not received, or appears to be lost, please contact us and we will do our best to help resolve the situation.

Address Accuracy

Please make sure the shipping address you provide at checkout is correct and complete. We are not liable for packages sent to an incorrect address, failed deliveries due to address errors, or orders returned because of failed delivery attempts.

If a re-shipment is needed due to an address issue, additional shipping fees may apply.
