All Sales Are Final
EuPeps does not offer cash refunds under any circumstances. All sales are final. If an issue with your order is approved — such as receiving a damaged or incorrect item — we will issue store credit equal to the value of the affected product. Store credit cannot be converted to cash and does not expire.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If any item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can review the issue. If your claim is eligible, we will resolve it through store credit only.
How to Report an Issue
Email us within 7 days of delivery with the following details so we can look into it quickly:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the problem
- Clear photos showing the damage or incorrect product
Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days.
Order Cancellations
You can cancel an order within 2 hours of placing it, as long as it hasn't entered processing yet. After that window, the order is locked in and cannot be cancelled.
